SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH WORK
The faculty’s scientific work has always been related to the training of scientific and pedagogical staff as well as the needs of practical health care, and it is now focused on solving challenges identified in the State Program for the Development of Science and Technology. Participation in student scientific circles is an important aspect of the Faculty’s educational process. To attract international students to scientific study, several circles and classes will be established.

Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery
Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, or in Latin: Medicinae Baccalaureus Baccalaureus Chirurgiae (abbreviated in many ways, e.g. MBBS, MB ChB, MB BCh, MB BChir (Cantab), BM BCh (Oxon), BMBS), are the two bachelor degrees in medicine and surgery, which is an undergraduate degree awarded by the medical schools of universities in countries that follow the tradition of the United Kingdom. The historical degree nomenclature states that they are two separate undergraduate degrees. In practice, however, they are usually combined as one and conferred together, and may also be awarded at graduate-level medical schools. In countries that follow the tradition of continental Europe or the system in the United States, the equivalent medical degree is awarded as Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) – the latter in the United States only.
The degree is currently awarded in institutions in Australia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Barbados, Botswana, Brazil, China, Egypt, Fiji, Gambia, Ghana, Guyana, Hong Kong, India, Iraq, Ireland, Jamaica, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Liberia, Malawi, Malaysia, Mauritius, Myanmar, Namibia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Rwanda, Philippines, Samoa, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saudi Arabia, Sierra Leone, Singapore, South Africa, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tanzania, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Vanuatu, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
The main subjects of the speciality
In the first three years of instruction, students study human sciences (economics, sociology, history, etc. ), natural sciences (physics, chemistry, etc. ), and biomedical disciplines (human anatomy, physiology, microbiology, pharmacology, and so on). Some humanities and socioeconomic subjects are studied in close proximity to medicine and are geared at the holistic development of experts. For example, psychology is useful for working with patients, law is useful for understanding medical legislation, and history of medicine and pharmacy are useful. The emphasis shifts to professional disciplines in the fourth year. Students who major in General Medicine study a variety of medical specialties without focusing on any one of them in particular. Obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, internal medicine, infectious illnesses, surgical diseases, general surgery and anesthesiology, extreme and military medicine are the most in-depth subjects.
Benefits of residency education

The theoretical underpinning of your residency program is important. Here you can learn more about your chosen profile. Students will almost certainly participate in hands-on activities and research.
